Page Personnel are currently working with an industry leading business based in Newcastle upon Tyne to join their team on a permanent basis as an Office Administrator! This is a great opportunity for somebody with extensive Administration experience to progress their career to the next step.
Job Description
As an Office Administrator you will be required but not limited to;
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors into the building
- Answering any questions or queries effectively
- Supporting with the set up of Meeting and Conference rooms
- Handling any incoming or required outgoing calls
- Managing Stationary stock levels
- All other administration tasks
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will;
- Have administration experience (Preferably from a Manufacturing background)
- Be pro-active within the role
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Attention for detail
