Job description

Company description

Web Usability is a small user experience (UX) agency based in Holt, Wiltshire. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector organisations to help them understand the needs of their users and develop digital services that meet these needs.

We do this in a number of ways but principally by conducting one-to-one interviews with members of the public, where we watch them using a website in order to identify areas for improvement.

Being a small business, you will be a vital part of the team and we are looking for someone who is willing to get stuck in and have a good time.

  • Plenty of initiative – there will be no micromanagement in this role and we expect our staff to be able to come to us with solutions rather than problems
  • Good IT skills – we will provide training in the specific requirements of the role but need someone who is comfortable with the digital world
  • Someone who works well in a small team
  • Someone who is happy working from home primarily

Nice to have

  • Experience of running social media campaigns, both paid and organic (especially Linkedin and Facebook)
