We are looking for a permanent full time/part time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper Assistant.
If you are highly motivated, extremely organised and have excellent communication skills and are looking for an opportunity where you will have real autonomy to organise and run the day-to-day administration, this is role is for you.
You will be joining an established business which has now grown to a size where it now requires an office administrator/bookkeeper. This is a very good opportunity to make a difference and to grow with the business. The position is suitable for part time or full time role . Previous experience working in an office environment and accounts is preferred however not imperative.
A successful candidate will have prerequisite skills and qualifications needed for their duties, including:
- Exceptional leadership, organisational and time management skills
- Presentation skills and customer services knowledge
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures such as bookkeeping and other general financial procedures
- Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position
- Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialised office management tools
- Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
The daily tasks include;
- General office management
- Bookkeeping
- Assisting the Company Director
- Working with internal and external stakeholders
Salary £20,000 - 24,000 pro rata negotiable dependant on experience
The hours are flexible but around 20-40 hours a week would be ideal, with the option to fit around school hours where applicable.
