Registry & Student Administration
We are seeking an enthusiastic Enrolment Officer capable of supporting the planning and delivery of the annual cycle of registration processes and providing specialist enrolment knowledge to staff and students.
With the direction of, and in collaboration with the Senior Student Records Officer (Enrolment) you will support the Student Records team, volunteers, and ambassadors with the delivery of registration processes. You will collaborate with teams across the University to support the planning and delivery of enrolment events and provide excellent customer service to students in order to deliver an exceptional student journey.
You will have experience working in a customer-facing role and be confident working with students and staff from across the University. You will be confident in communicating processes to staff and coordinating ambassadors and volunteers at enrolment events. You will be organized, flexible, and efficient and be able to organize your own work and motivate yourself during peak times.
