Job description
Receptionist and Careers Administrator Responsibilities:
- Booking of appointments via telephone, email and in person, from admitted student stage through to alumni
- Arrangement of small group exercises, determined by student timetable and consultant availability
- Signposting of students to appropriate resources
- Managing last minute cancellations and support for urgent appointments
- Ordering and organising gifts for speakers and alumni
- Diary management and making appointments for the Executive Director of Careers and other staff members as appropriate
- Supporting recruitment process, membership management and communications in line with the implementation of the new student community platform
- Experience within administration or receptionist
- Experience providing front line support in a customer focused environment
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
