Office Administrator
(Full Time - Permanent Position)
Located in Bay Road - Derry / Londonderry
McMahons Builders Providers have been providing quality building supplies and DIY materials to the trade and public for over 190 years and now operate from a network of 15 branches located on the island of Ireland. McMahons are now seeking applications for the position of Administrative Assistant, based at their premises located on the Bay Road, in Derry City.
The role is a full-time office-based role and the key responsibilities of this role will include;
Ø Carrying out administrative duties relating to the ordering, sale and distribution of
stock.
Ø Responding to and helping to resolve queries.
Ø Answering incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
Ø Working closely with colleagues based in Bay Road and across the branch
network.
Ø Assisting with other office administration functions as and when required.
The successful candidate must possess;
Ø A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office-based environment.
Ø A strong work ethic.
Ø Excellent analytical, numerical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø A strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve.
Ø An ability to work well in a team environment.
Ø Be computer literate and experienced in using IT systems including MS Office.
