Marshall Truck Bodies Ltd, a progressive body building company based in Swinton are looking to employ an Office Administrator.
We are looking for an Office administrator preferably with experience in Credit Control, Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger to work in a small happy but busy office as part of a small team.
Duties will include answering the telephone, taking messages, Making drinks for visitors, knowledge of using Sage Database/Accounts preferable but not essential as training will be provided for the right person. You will be organising and receiving stock, following up deliveries, checking delivery notes, processing invoices, inputting data onto Sage and Microsoft Excel together with filing, scanning and general office administration.
We would prefer someone with accounts office administration experience and someone who is not afraid of hard work.
Overtime is always available. Hours of work will be 8 - 5pm with half an hour for lunch.

The wages will be £12-15 per hour dependant on experience
