Responsibilities
- Complete end-to-end relationship management with talent, from initial outreach emails to processing contracts and payments.
- Organised and efficient; meet weekly and monthly targets consistently.
- Consistently evaluate new and existing talent partnerships, staying ahead of competitors.
- Manage brand and content guidelines for collaborations to maintain brand alignment and high quality.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to clients.
- Handle ad hoc tasks that require quick thinking and adaptability.
