The Opportunity:

They are currently looking for a high calibre Personal Assistant/Office Administrator with good construction experience, to join their team at Head Office in Enfield (EN3).

The role will be a mix of liaising with and assisting Directors and different parts of the company. Offering office support and ad-hoc admin duties.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • A minimum of 3 years administration experience gained in a construction, groundworks or RC frame.
  • Be local to Enfield, and happy to work in the head office 5 days a week.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to communicate effectively at all levels with Directors and client contacts.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills with experience in data inputting.
  • A customer focused outlook.
  • A positive, self-motivated character and an ability to work as part of a team.
