Job Summary:
We are seeking an efficient and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This role is critical to the smooth running of our office, supporting our e-commerce and distribution activities, and providing administrative assistance to our accounts, logistics, and marketing departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Upload and manage content on our various e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain and update our CRM software, keeping track of customer interactions and transactions.
- Manage inventory using our proprietary software, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering of supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the accounts department, assisting with invoice processing, record maintenance, and other financial tasks.
- Assist the logistics department with scheduling, tracking, and paperwork.
- Coordinate with team members and communicate relevant information.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses, office budgets, and inventory status.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role, preferably within an e-commerce or distribution setting.
- Proficiency in data entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
- Experience in content management and CRM software.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
