Job description
JRM Electrical Contractors is a family run business who are currently recruiting for a Full Time Office Administration Assistant to start immediately at our Office in Brierley Hill.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Dealing with monthly invoices and Purchase Orders.
 - Data Entry for accounts.
 - Manage employee records.
 - Site Staff Time Sheets and Holiday requests.
 - Completing Vehicle Maintenance spreadsheets.
 - Support the management with daily tasks.
 - Answering the telephone/Greeting visitors.
 - Basic Office duties.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a similar role.
 - Good knowledge of Excel.
 - Previous experience within a similar role.
 - Ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks.
 - Good communication skills both written and verbal.
