Job description

JRM Electrical Contractors is a family run business who are currently recruiting for a Full Time Office Administration Assistant to start immediately at our Office in Brierley Hill.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with monthly invoices and Purchase Orders.
  • Data Entry for accounts.
  • Manage employee records.
  • Site Staff Time Sheets and Holiday requests.
  • Completing Vehicle Maintenance spreadsheets.
  • Support the management with daily tasks.
  • Answering the telephone/Greeting visitors.
  • Basic Office duties.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
