In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking an Office Administrator to join our expanding front office team.
You will need to build and maintain relationships between all colleagues, our guests, and residents along with ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The Role:
- Managing the switchboard and reception
- Meeting and greeting customers, guests, and residents
- Updating and filing paperwork including housekeeping, bookings, and resident data
- Ordering office supplies
- Co-ordinating the guest suite bookings
- Assisting with events / functions administration
- Updating and creating notice board memos, menus, and posters
- Monitoring the booking system for events and taking payments
- Producing and delivering the weekly newsletter and associated PR activity
- Producing new resident welcome packs and assisting with the move-in process.
Key Requirements:
- Previously worked in a customer centric role, office, or reception team
- Strong IT ability including the full MS Office package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), would be desirable
- Great communication skills both written and verbally.
Working Hours:
- This is a part-time opportunity where the Office Administrator will work 12 hours per week; 2 or 3 days per week (including weekends) between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm
