Insight Construction Limited are looking for an Office Administrator to work in our growing business.
Our contracts include kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and electrical testing for housing association/local councils.
What you would be doing day to day: -
- Making and receiving calls
- Making appointments
- Taking responsibility for the planning and scheduling of our trade operatives work, delivering response repairs and maintenance to our clients.
- Liaising with contract managers and subcontractors.
What you will need to have: -
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Competent in Microsoft office and IT systems.
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to respond to changing priorities in order to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £16,055.35-£25,675.55 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Romford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
