Office Administrator - £22 to 28K plus other benefits
After significant contract wins HOPS Labour Solutions is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team within the Agricultural and Horticultural recruitment industry. This is a key role primarily office based near Ross on Wye, Herefordshire, with some flexibility and with occasional travel to employer sites throughout the UK.
The role will include
- Answering the office phone and company emails
- Supporting the wider staff team with back-office administration tasks
- Collating data and reports in line with instructions and distributing appropriately
- Data entry and collection
- Handling complaints from workers in line with procedures
- Contributing to the achievement of high client, employer and worker, service levels
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication skills English – verbal and written
- Strong administration skills and ability to use technology
- Experience of using Microsoft office products.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt between different functions constantly
- Ability to multitask
