Office Administrator

Location: Willenhall, Wolverhampton

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday mornings as and when required paid at overtime rate

Salary: £11 per hour

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Office Administrator at our DAF Willenhall site as addition to our busy and expanding Service Admin team.

What you’ll be doing:

· Analyzing, processing workshop job cards and invoicing.

· General Administrative duties

· Invoicing and chasing order numbers

· Communicate with customer and obtain final order numbers

· Process and input DAF warranty and contract claims via AS400 DMS

· Input costs on customers own portals

· Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls

What we need from you:

· Previous experience using invoicing systems

· Strong administration experience - previous service admin experience desirable but not essential

· Excellent customer service skills

· Organised and good attention to detail

· Ability to adapt quickly

· Able to work under own initiative
