Gray & Adams Fraserburgh have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Office Administrator to join the team. Key Job Requirements
- Assist with various administrative tasks within the Sales office.
- Supporting our sales team as necessary with documentation and communication.
- Assist with issuing build sheets and making amendments as required.
- Entering sales and production data into our in-house IT system.
- Distribute relevant information to the factory and collect information for other departments.
Skills We Think Will Help You Succeed In this Role:
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work with people at all levels in the business.
- Strong willed and able to get things done.
- Eager to see tasks through to completion.
Sales Office Administrator required experience – If you’ve got it, we want it!
- Previous experience in an administration role may be advantageous.
- Knowledge or experience of Microsoft Office.
- Awareness of factory environment and health and safety requirements may also be an advantage.
