As our Senior Conference Producer for UNLEASH America, you'll be the mastermind behind one of the world’s leading events on the future of work and technology. UNLEASH America in just over 12 months since it’s relaunch post Pandemic has become the fastest growing HR event in the world. You'll create compelling themes, secure stellar keynote speakers, and expertly manage the budget and the overall event production. Plus, you'll be the point person across teams, harmonizing marketing, sales, customer success and logistics. This isn't just any job—it's your chance to craft a truly unforgettable event and make a BIG difference in a world where career, job, purpose, lifework balance, artificial intelligence, lifelong learning and so much more are repurposing mankind!

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a senior conference producer, with a track record in leading and managing large-scale conferences and exhibitions.
• Demonstrable commercial acumen, including regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience in contributing to the development of marketing and sales strategies.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with marketing partners, industry analysts, media, and influencers.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address conference-related challenges.
• Excellent research, organization, and reporting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A passion for producing world-class events and exceeding client expectations.
• Flexibility to work on varying schedules, adapt to different time zones, and travel to the United States as necessary.
• A self-starter, capable of effectively managing own schedule and priorities.

This position demands a seasoned professional who can not only manage all aspects of large-scale conference production but also strategically guide its content and direction, ensuring it serves its audiences, meets business objectives, and maintains the company's reputation as the market leader in the HR and Future of Work industry.

• Conceptualize and execute comprehensive event content strategies.
• Lead event development, coordination, and execution.
• Manage the overall event production budget.
• Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams for event delivery.
• Oversee speaker journey - selection, engagement, and management.
• Establish strategic relationships with key industry influencers and partners.
• Develop compelling event marketing and communication materials.
• Spearhead digital content speaker acquisition strategies.
• Oversee data analysis and reporting of event performance.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships across all product lines.
• Contribute to the conceptualization and delivery of auxiliary events.
• Coordinate post-event activities for continuous improvement.
