Sales Office Administrator
We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator to join a busy office in Ossett, Wakefield.
This is a varied role in a busy office environment to include some of the following daily duties:
- Sales order processing and Filing
- Online orders and query management
- Inbound Telephone Order Taking
- Customer Service - Inbound / Outbound Telephone Calls, Sales Quotations, Advising customers on Deliveries.
- Marketing / Brand Awareness - develop existing portfolio..
- Supporting Sales / Customer service staff.
- Building relationships with sales team to generate additional revenue by actively promoting the complete portfolio of products.
- General Administration Tasks.
Sage 50, - Training will also be provided.
Sales and Customer service experience essential
