Job description
The Eastern Landlords Association is a membership organisation for residential landlords. Set up in 1989, the majority of what we do is to provide factual, fast, and friendly advice to our members on all aspects of being a residential landlord. The role is varied, and you will engage with people from all walks of life.
The main aspect of this role will be to provide advice & guidance to our members both over the phone and in person. In addition to:
· working collaboratively with the rest of the office staff
· Update & maintain a membership database
· Use of Quickbooks for accounts
· Use of Microsoft Office 365
· Updating & maintaining in house Website
This role would suit someone with
· Excellent & confident communication skills via phone, email and in person.
· Have excellent and accurate record keeping skills.
· experience or a background in property lettings/property management.
The above skills / experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
The office is a friendly environment with many of our members and officers visiting in person regularly. The Association have plans for growth in the future and opportunities for career progression may be available to the right candidates.
Salary £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Working hours Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
