Experienced Office Administrator
An experienced and competent Administrator is required to join a Financial Services Company in the centre of Stafford. You will be joining a company specialising in Will writing, legal services, insurances and mortgages.
We are looking for an individual who has at least 3 years experience in a fast paced administrative role. Applicants need to be dedicated to maintaining high standards and have excellent attention to detail, as drafting documents to a high level of accuracy is required.
All training on company procedures and systems will be provided.
Main duties will be:
- Providing administrative support to the Estate Planning and Mortgages team
- Booking and amending of client appointments
- Answering incoming calls
- Diary Management
- Printing and posting of legal documents
- Drafting and amending of legal documents
- Accurate input of data for compliance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven customer service skills (verbal and written)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Working hours:
- Monday – Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm
- Friday 8am – 4pm
Salary: Starting at £21,000 with pay increases based on performance
