Due to continued growth and success, Currant Live Ltd is seeking to recruit a full time, highly experienced, Office Administrator, based on our Head Quarters, at Electric Wharf, Coventry, CV1 4J.
Key responsibilities:
Reception Management:
- Warmly welcome customers, clients, and guests, ensuring they have a positive experience upon arrival.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, letters, and packages, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Financial Administration:
- Assist in managing bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses, handling invoices, and monitoring budgetary allocations.
- Support billing cycles to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Meeting and Appointment Coordination:
- Organise and coordinate meetings and site visits, both internal and external, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Schedule appointments for staff members, executives, and clients, managing calendars efficiently.
Data Entry and Database Management:
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, updating personnel and financial records in our databases.
- Maintain and organise databases to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval of information.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels, tracking supplies, and ensuring timely replenishment when necessary.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to manage stock levels and anticipate future needs.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- A minimum of two years experience proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and client focus. Highly experienced in all aspects of customer care
- Strong team player, with ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team, friendly, approachable with a can-do attitude.
- Hardworking, reliable, conscientious, presentable, punctual, organised, methodical and focused.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and question information received.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00 pm, 35 hours per week.
