CEFM is a leading provider of outsourced services to schools. We are currently seeking an office administrator to work across all departments within our organisation.
This exciting and varied role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work across all areas of CEFM’s service including HR, consultancy service, finance and licensing giving you the opportunity to utilise your skills and experience in return for a generous package.
Requirements
· Strong analytical skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft software (Office, Excel, Word etc)
· Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads
· Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
Role
· Reviewing bank statements and passing BACS received to the Licensing Manager and Client Manager to allow them to carry out bank reconciliations
· Inserting information about client usage and sales invoices onto the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
· Contacting clients on a termly basis to ascertain whether key staff have changed and updating the CRM system to record the latest information
· Ensuring access to the CEFMi website is accurately maintained.
· Booking hotels for client courses
· Entering bookings for courses and evaluation forms on the CRM system
· Answering inbound client calls
· General administration including:
o Opening, sorting and distributing post.
o Printing certificates for onward transmission to clients
o Franking letters
Interviews will initially be via telephone with a face to face interview for those successfully shortlisted.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
