We are looking for an Administrator to join the Head Office in Bramley, Leeds to support the team and live the values of the company.
The role:
To provide support to the Head Office function and wider business, across 15 offices, relating to property and office administration
Bridge-It Housing provides a housing service and as such we manage the Gas and Electric accounts for the properties, this role will have a large focus on understanding and supporting with paying and organising the bills for the housing we provide, to try and understand, and reduce the bills where possible.
In addition to:
· Making company payments to relevant third parties with Office Manager
· Property correspondence including setting up or planning for returning files
· Compliance of folders
· Stationary orders and office Supplies
· Weekly financial reviews
· Property Water rates and Council Tax reviews
· End of Month reporting
· Complaints escalating
· Property insurances
· Payment Queries
· Ad hoc duties as required
Managing Information
· Maintain up to date and accurate documentation regarding work undertaken
· Contribute information necessary for monitoring and evaluation of the service
· Maintain relevant confidentiality
Managing Self
· To seek to work towards a best practice framework, continually evaluating service provision and adapting to needs of the customer
· To participate in personal and professional development
· Manage time and prioritise workload
· To work in a manner deemed to be fair and consistent
Other
· To undertake any other duties that from time to time, may be reasonably required
