OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Based in Cardiff: CF3 2PU – Office Based Role
Part-time Role: 24 hours per week (days/hours to be agreed)
Salary: £20,000 per annum pro-rata

We are looking for someone with administration experience and a “can-do” attitude to support the general day to day running of the office. Full training will be given but an excellent telephone manner, good attention to detail and the emphasis on customer experience is essential.
Main Duties would include:
First point of call for customers, via telephone/email.
Facilitating the shipping of consignments via various carriers, to include same day courier deliveries when needed within a timely manner to include monitoring & tracking shipments to ensure items are delivered correctly.
Preparation of shipments and processing the relevant paperwork whilst keeping up to date our internal systems.
Accurately entering customer and delivery information into the systems and resolving any delivery issues should they occur. This will require you to liaise with the client and/or driver, update proof of deliveries into system and provide delivery updates to customer when needed.
Inputting supplier invoices and customer information into computer system, along with other general administrative duties.
As the business operates 24/7 365 days a year, the telephone number is answered out of normal working hours by the Directors. We would require the successful candidate to provide cover and maintain business as usual, during the annual leave periods of the business Directors.
The ideal candidate will also help with maintaining and developing our social media communications, assisting with engaging content and direct communications on our social media platforms. There will be an opportunity to work as part of a team to develop online marketing campaigns and engaging with customers via digital platforms.
Reach out to existing customers, old customers, new contacts via telephone to see if they would like to engage with us and use our services.
You will as part of this role, understand our pricing structure and maintain a list of enquiries/leads to arrange appointments for a member of our team to discuss new business opportunities.
