Basis: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Day shift - 07.00 to 16.00 or 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and 07.00 to 12.00 on Fridays, with designated breaks
Location: Bromford Derby – DE21 7RX
Opportunity Summary:
We currently have a vacancy within our Production Control department for a Semi-Skilled Part-Mark and Packing Technician. We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience, seeking an opportunity to join a growing Organisation and develop their skills.
Role Accountabilities:
Part Mark and Packing of Sheet metal and Machined components in accordance with relevant procedures.
Ability to read and understand data cards and drawings to the level required for machine set up and operation.
Set up machines with the required settings and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures.
Complete Part Mark and Packing operations efficiently in accordance with Job Card instructions to achieve the required output levels.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience of working to Aerospace standards
- Has a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrates good teamwork, but should also be capable of working individually
- Is self-driven with a positive outlook
- Has good communication skills
