This position includes but is not limited to
Opening the business premises each morning to facilitate a 7am start
Screening all incoming post and directing as appropriate
In-depth learning of each set of products
Managing stock control
Setting up new suppliers and placing orders with existing ones
Welcoming new customers in person, via telephone and email
Use of quick books, Epos now and card payment system
Carrying out cross comparison on price structures across all products/suppliers
Taking deliveries, logging the stock and Placing in the correct warehouse bay
Keeping up to date with all mandatory and legal policies
Manage social media accounts
Implement new process's where applicable to maximise productivity
The successful candidate should
Be well presented, punctual and trustworthy
Have excellent communications skills, verbal and written
Be GCSE qualified - specifically A-C in Maths and English
Have the ability to managage their own workload
Be able to converse with people at all levels, be personable whilst remaining professional
Experience in sales and the HVAC industry in desirable but not essential as full training will be given
Must be able to facilitate a comute to the business premises Monday to Friday to open up In time for customers arrival
Must be confident in making calls to prospective customer to introduce our services
Must be proactive in your approach to growing the business with the aid of the sales manager

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
