Would you like to join one of the largest providers of communications and IT solutions across the UK as a IT Mobilisation Administator? You will be responsible for a wide range of activities to support end-to-end project delivery supporting one of Daisy's Large Corporate Customers. The role includes an element of network design, planning, coordination of materials & logistics, and commercial management.

Job Description


About the role...

  • Scope, design and collate costs and schema for Project site set up.
  • Review and obtain approval for all contracts relating to site set up / networks, etc.
  • Orders tracked and managed carefully to ensure deliveries are accurate and on time for each project.
  • Rapid Mobilisation deployments / 4g and satellite.
  • Organise all demobilisations.
  • Supplier management and resolving queries.
  • Purchasing – specifically data circuits, hardware, software licensing and yearly renewals. Stock tracking and ordering of required licences.
  • Expense management.
  • Providing regular and up-to-date status reports to the project Directors and site agents.
  • Accounting system ordering / invoicing.
  • Printer orders for sites and end users.
  • Ordering of all kit including Audio Visual, licences, 4G hardware, printers, cabling, internet lines, telephony, iPads, cases.
  • Ad-hoc site orders requested from different sites and within IT and Facilities.
  • Invoice management and tracking end to end.
  • Management of IP spreadsheet.
  • Management of billing issues.
  • Ad-hoc requests from Corporate Offices, Facilities and sites.

Qualifications


What do we need from you?

  • Competent user of Microsoft Offices and Microsoft Productivity tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the ICT industry with knowledge of basic network components, cloud technologies, data connectivity, and audio visual technologies.
  • Experience of people management.
  • Understanding of P&L’s as well as practical knowledge of sales and billing cycles/process.
  • Excellent understanding of Risk and Issue management with demonstrable practical experience.
  • Experience and understanding of working within an ITIL lead organisation.

Skills you will need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong management skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Good relationship building skills with the ability to work internally and with customers strengthen working relationships to help successful delivery of projects.
  • Excellent MI and reporting skills while handling confidential data in a professional manner.
  • Conform to DCS PM governance during the end-to-end lifecycle of the project.
  • A flexible attitude to work including working hours.
