OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
7 Core Electrical Wholesale Ltd are an electrical wholesaler with branches based across the East Midlands, specialising in exceptional customer service and extensive product coverage, and knowledge.
We are looking to add an Office Administrator to our Head Office, based in Lincoln, to help support the finance and management team in the day to day running of the company.
The successful candidate will assist in carrying out a range of administrative and accounts tasks related to broad areas of the business.
Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
· Assisting management on day-to-day tasks
· Dealing with supplier and customer enquires
· Filing paperwork
· Processing of supplier invoices
· Processing of customer payments
· Daily banking
· Mailing invoices and statements
· Bank reconciliation
· Petty cash reconciliation
· Assisting in maintaining accurate HR files
· Assisting in implementation of company procedures
· General office duties
The role will be office-based in North Hykeham, Lincoln.
Candidate Skills & Qualifications:
· Demonstrating attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Administration experience (preferable but not essential – attitude and willingness to learn are more important)
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Proficient in IT and Microsoft packages – Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing and prioritising your own workload
· Positive and responsible attitude
· GCSE or equivalent in English & Maths required
· Driving licence advantageous, but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £17,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
