We are currently looking for a PRODUCTIVE Office Administrator Assistant that can easily show us evidence of valuable results and production from past similar jobs or functions.
You have the ability to solve difficult problems “head on” and to keep track of people. You are computer-literate, you have a natural sense for order and planning, and can prove that you have managed people towards success in the past. You have the ability to get things done on time and within deadlines.
The most hard and demanding part of the job as well as the biggest obstacles in having and doing this job, is to have the overall responsibility of 8 – 10 independent units that will rely on you for your scheduling and planning abilities to ensure all paid and booked jobs are carried out, delivered and completed according to company standards and high customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible to schedule all booked jobs between the Head Office and your team. This includes being responsible for selecting the best travel routes for each unit, using mainly Google maps, to reach their job locations. You will provide all support necessary to your team to ensure that the work booked is completed.
You will also be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls, delivering great customer service, including direct handling of all customer complaints. This is not necessarily an easy task as there are quite a few competitors on the market and in order to keep winning, our company has to keep improving all parts of its operations.
We will support you in keeping up with any technology development within our company's field of expertise.
