Key Responsibilities

  • A drive for career progression and self-learning.
  • Experienced working within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A high-level understanding of web technology using HTML5, CSS/CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • A Good understanding of HTML semantics.
  • Experience with templating languages.
  • Working with VueJs to build enterprise level applications.
  • Using Tailwind CSS, writing reusable performant and easy to maintain CSS.
  • Experience in implementing design systems, component libraries, or style guides.
  • Have knowledge of modern front-end development workflows using pre-processors for development and building e.g. Vite, Turbopack, Gulp etc.
  • Knowledge of UX processes and have good attention to Ul detail, thus able to work closely with designers.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members to convey project progress and clarify requirements, both on video calls and in person.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of Git.
  • Working in an agile manner.
  • Be proactive and able to self-manage your own time plus workload.

Desirable experience

  • Experience working with Umbraco and Optimizely.
  • A Good knowledge of REST APIs, consuming and manipulating data.
  • Experience of writing consumable and accessible code for CMS driven websites to meet WCAG 2.1 /2.2 accessibility standards.
  • Running accessibility audits.
  • Experience of setting up local .net environments.
  • Experience of working on Ecommerce/Enterprise CMS websites.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.
  • Vue 3/React/Next.js Experience.
  • Automated browser testing.
  • Sketch / Figma experience.
