We need an administrative assistant to help our team manage the day-to-day of converting property sales and building relationships with our clients.

Experience required:
You do not necessarily need a degree or experience in the property industry however, some administrative and sales experience would be preferred. Training will be provided.
Description:
We are looking for an organised individual that can manage and be entirely responsible for a specific number of sales and administrative tasks that must be carried out each day within an investment property business.
This position is perfect for someone who is motivated and is willing to work within a dynamic environment that requires excellent attention to detail and is also excited to work with people.
You will be responsible for:
- Building Relationships with Clients
- Organising Appointments (for viewings, home reports, contractors, etc.)
- Overseeing Property Sale Completions
Again, training will be provided instructing you how to carry out each of these tasks however, once you have been taught, you will be entirely responsible for their fulfilment.
We are happy to offer a hybrid position but you must be based in or around Glasgow as this is where our office is located.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
