THE ROLE
Having a strong administration team, within a business, is fundamental and this role will be crucial to ensuring that each department is supported. You will help to streamline processes, assist team members with all administrative tasks and generally be that go to person when someone needs help. This is a well-rounded role and a great opportunity for someone to come in and learn the basics of the business with the potential for growth. Together with the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office which includes anything from setting up meetings, running to the shop for last minute essentials and helping with recruitment and inductions of new team members.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to person for all admin and organisational tasks for each department.
- Collecting deliveries and organising them in the office.
- Data entry tasks.
- Keeping records of training and requirements.
- Complete expense forms for team members and submit to finance.
- Order stationery.
- Assist with recruitment for the Arena, this will involve arranging interviews, updating recruitment trackers, help with induction days and collating right to work documents.
- Scheduling meetings, phone calls and office visits.
- Set up refreshments and arrange lunches as required for meetings and/or training sessions.
- Meet and greet visitors and manage the sign-in process.
- Manage car park passes.
- Assist with travel arrangements for the teams.
- Self-starter and able to work on own initiative.
- Confident and clear communicator.
- Someone who is flexible and can turn their hand to any task.
- A positive energy with a real can-do approach.
- Someone with an open mind who will question processes and come up with new ideas.
- Great attention to detail.
