Job description
Office Administrator maternity cover possibly becoming permanent role.
- To prepare survey paperwork in accordance to client specification/ project brief.
- To prepare survey admin packs comprising site paperwork (pro forma) / mapping
- Liaise with local highway authorities regarding survey notifications. Complete necessary Local Authority paperwork and supply relevant information.
- Maintain stock records of survey equipment.
- Data entry tasks where required.
- Ensure that all activities within remit are undertaken in line with company policies, health and safety guidelines and also within the overall integrated management system of the business.
Reduced hours at PRO-RATA rate will be considered for the right candidate.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 9 months
