Job description

As the Event and Content Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events and content initiatives that align with our marketing and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our customers and other key relationships. You will collaborate closely with our specialist teams, to ensure successful event and content campaigns that elevate our brand presence and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute various types of events, including in house seminars, webinars, and external events
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, promotional materials, and on-site execution
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance, gathering feedback and data to continually improve future events.

Content Creation and Strategy

  • Develop a content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Create compelling and engaging content, including social media posts, videos, infographics, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with or design agency to create visually appealing assets that enhance content effectiveness.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain the company's social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Engage with the audience, respond to inquiries, and foster community growth through thoughtful interactions.

Campaign Performance Analysis

  • Analise the performance of event and content marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.

Collaborative Team Player

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align event and content strategies with other marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure events are aligned with their needs and contribute to lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, as well as content creation and marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and analise marketing performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging an audience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
