Job description
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing office supplies, scheduling meetings and appointments, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong customer service focus.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office records and filing systems.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate office activities and operations.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Order office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with payroll processing.

Salary: £21,303.00-£22,241.00 per year
