Comcat Ltd t/a The Renewables People is a small but growing business based on Yorkshire. Having secured large contracts, The Renewable People (part of the Comcat-group) are looking for an office Admin to join our team. The role is within the ECO 4 industry. We work with major utility companies helping them meet their Energy Company Obligation (ECO) targets. To help us achieve our growth and ambitions we are seeking an office Admin to join our team on a permanent basis, to help support the team in achieving our goals.

- Good IT skills able to use Microsoft Office software i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
Role
· Office Admin
- Working as part of our front end team team to field leads from all sources, email, phone, social media.
- Manage client onboard using CRM software.
- Liaison with engineers, office team & line manager as required.
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
Candidate Requirements
As an Office Admin you will be required to answer calls, emails and web chat enquiries from customers, make telesales calls to new and existing clients. deal with client orders, enquiries and complaints. advise about products and services.. The ideal candidate will have be personable, erergetic, and organised.
