We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Internal Sales Representative (ISR) to join our dynamic team for one of our biggest clients!
As an ISR, your primary focus will be on fostering the growth and support of customer accounts for their comprehensive range of products. You will collaborate closely with Territory Managers to ensure optimal coverage of assigned territories, responding to quote requests, and building strong customer relationships. Working both independently and as part of a supportive team, you will provide exceptional sales support to our valued internal and external clients. Your success will be measured by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for the Internal Sales Representative include building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts and Territory Managers through open and interactive communication, seeking to understand each customer's business needs to provide the best possible solution.
The ISR will provide and manage timely pricing and quoting, diligently follow up with customers and Territory Managers.
Required Capabilities:
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a relevant Technical Qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in a hydraulic background, and should have well-developed presentation and commercial negotiation skills.
