We're looking for someone with a background in office administration to help support our team. A successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and leadership skills, and will be comfortable taking initiative and working independently. Our office administrator will be responsible for managing employee schedules, creating new employee accounts and more.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Handling expenses for senior executives.
- Organising meetings for senior executives.
- Light office work such as arranging access to conference rooms and copying documents.
- Collecting and classifying documents by subject or project.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £16,372.47-£26,936.91 per year
