TBS Ltd is a small building maintenance company which carry's out all building duties in and around London and the surrounding areas.The company Office is based in Bracknell Berkshire.
Our company is seeking an aspiring Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with increasing levels of responsibility, this is a great opportunity to grow with a respected and successful company. This person will be responsible with solving complex problems, managing and developing relationships with clients, and adding significant value to the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Part time Bookkeeper and office administrator assistant required.
The role will involve the following:
Payroll
VAT
Bank reconciliation
Engineers Expenses
Purchase ledger
Sales ledger
Credit control
Filing
Assisting in general office admin
Organisation of our work sytems with engineers work load
Customers and supplier’s queries
A good knowledge of Sage is an advantageMaintain a clean, organised office and storage space.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
