Job description
Sapphire Brands Ltd is a family run business which imports several food brands from all across the world into the UK and parts of Europe.
We are looking for someone to take over general day to day office jobs, such as:
· Processing and dispatching orders
· Answering the phones
· Filling paperwork
· Responding to customers and keeping them updated on their orders
· Dealing with any claims from customers
· Dealing with any queries from the couriers/hauliers
· Stock takes
We are looking for someone who works well under pressure and that they don't mind helping out in other areas of the business. Someone who is organised and punctual in all areas. Some of the work can be physical with some heavy lifting.
We would be looking at starting the job with 16 hours per week minimum wage as the hourly rate, however the hours could change and increase.
No experience needed as willing to train.
