Our client is one of the UK’s largest Air Treatment companies. We are in search for an Internal Sales Support Assistant to develop accounts and customer relationships, stationed at the Guilford office.
The position would suit someone with previous Sales & Customer Service experience.
Salary: This is a full-time salaried position paying £24,000 per annum based in Guilford. 9am - 5:30pm / Mon - Fri.
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Service and development
- Take all pre-sales calls
- Answer all incoming sales emails
- Answer all social media comments
- Answer all website comments
- Answer all review comments
- Answer all YouTube comments
- Take all these comments and feedback to the digital team to help improve content for the website and blog
- Check that all resellers have the correct descriptions, photos and specifications on their websites for each SKU
- Ability to think on your feet & respond to complications calmly and efficiently
- Confident in using IT office tools, PDF Editor and CRM systems.
- A team player & a great communicator
- Able to organise your workload and prioritise tasks
- A “can do” attitude is a must!
Benefits
20 days holidays plus one day between Christmas and New Year, the 20 days will increase to 25 days after three years’ service.
