We are seeking a dynamic Eco Administrator to support the Submissions Team during an exponential period of growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive in their approach to work with acute attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is keen to join a fast-paced, exciting business with the drive to support us in meeting our carbon targets.
Our company is looking for an Office Administrator to support team members with a variety of administrative duties. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be highly organised and detail-oriented, while being able to work independently. The Office Administrator will be required to answer phones, schedule meetings, and create presentations, as well as assist team members with any other tasks that come up.
Responsibilities:
- To understand the design of multiple renewables measures for each project including Air Source Heat Pumps, Heating Systems and Solar Systems. Assist with the production of detailed documentation for each measure, ensuring the specification meets the ECO4 legislation criteria and building regulations.
- Assist the Installs Manager and other department team members with the general day to day management of the installs i.e. effective management of installers and their teams, helping to oversee the logistical requirements of multiple installations simultaneously.
- Work as part of a team to ensure we successfully meet ongoing targets, ensuring installations are completed on time, to specification, on budget and as efficiently as possible. Work alongside the Installs Manager to regularly review timings, budget, labour requirements, risk and installation plans to ensure work stays on track and profitable.
- Manage all administrative tasks associated to the installation of renewable measures, including booking of installers accommodation, collating evidence of completed installs, collating evidence of the relevant certifications, updating multiple spreadsheets and CRM systems and other general admin tasks.
- All work must meet the compliance criteria imposed by our governing bodies. You will be part responsible for ensuring installations meet the relevant criteria.

Experience and/or knowledge of the ECO ( Preferred) - Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,525.00-£21,000.00 per year
