Take A Seat are on the lookout for a number of amazing Pediatric Occupational Therapists.

Job Must Knows

• 12 Month contract
• Remote with travel to Schools, Homes, and the clinic for assessments.
• £25 - £33 per hour – Self employed
• Full time x5 days a week / x3 as a minimum

Locations

• Immediate Need for these locations. (Brighton, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Southampton, Poole, Bournemouth, Reading, Guildford, Woking, M4 and A3 Corridor)

Job details

• Conduct OT assessments in-house or in the community.
• Create reports and treatment recommendations and set therapy goals while regularly evaluating progress to meet required standards.
• Offer OT support and guidance during therapy sessions.
• Maintain high-quality clinical notes for each OT session and ensure electronic records and activity comply with RCoT and HCPC standards.
• Train parents and caregivers on treatment that can be provided at home and collaborate with other agencies, such as schools and support workers, for school-based treatment.
• Communicate and coordinate with other health professionals and local authorities as needed.
• Conduct assessments and write reports that meet EHCP application requirements.
