Job description
We believe Provide is a great place to work, with a vision of providing a range of outstanding services to transform lives by treating, caring and educating people.
We have some exciting new opportunities for Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants to join the rehabilitation team at Halstead Hospital.
Halstead Hospital is a 20 bedded community ward, delivering inpatient rehabilitation to patients stepping down from acute hospitals or stepping up from the community. The team delivers personalised goal-based rehabilitation to optimise function, independence, health and wellbeing. In collaboration with community colleagues in health, social care and voluntary agencies, the team plans timely discharge ensuring continuity of care and appropriate ongoing support as required. This includes carrying out home visits to assess the home environment and follow up visits to ensure discharge plans have been successfully implemented. There will be a requirement to participate in a 7 day rota.
We are keen to hear from experienced therapists or those who wish to start or progress in their careers to join our friendly established therapy team. These roles allow any therapist joining the organisation to apply their skills and really make a difference.
