Do you enjoy the challenge of working in a busy service where no two days are the same? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can provide high quality administrative support to our multi-disciplinary team within the SEQOHS accredited Workplace Health & Well-Being Centre here at Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust.
The role involves working closely with clinical colleagues and supporting the service in all aspects of administration/clerical duties, including Occupational Health database processes. The service provides health advice and care to staff in Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and to external clients in local small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). We are a busy service and the ability to work under pressure and multi-task is essential.
The successful candidate is required to be able to demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification, this includes excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with all key stakeholders.

To provide an administration service to all staff of the department including, generating and typing standard letters, photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving.
Accurate data entry for incoming information relating to Occupaitonal Health assessment and working to deadlines.
Responding to telephone calls in a professional manner at all times.
Use of Occupational Health data base (Cority) for appointments.
