A fantastic opportunity has arisen within ward 15 at NSECH Northumbria Healthcare Trust for a Registered Nursing Associate to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic, patient focussed RNA who is able to work within a team setting to deliver exceptional care to our patients. We are a friendly, supportive and patient focused team who work quickly and efficiently to ensure our patients are cared for in a safe and efficient manner.
We would love you to join us in an environment that will consistently encourage you to develop your nursing and clinical skills, broaden your knowledge of surgical care interventions. We offer 2 weeks supernumerary, ongoing mentoring and regular reviews. Our new starters are very well supported in our friendly and welcoming team.
The successful candidate will be expected to work a s part of a dynamic nursing team delivering all aspects of care to the patients.
You will have the opportunity to develop in this specialised field as well as continuing development . There are a huge range of learning opportunities to develop new skills.
You should be committed to working effectively as part of a multi disciplinary team and have excellent communication skills.
The post is fully rotational days/nights and covers seven days a week.
