About the role
We are looking to recruit someone who can work within the Customer Experience team as part of the Quality Assurance function to support the delivery of the Quality & Environmental Management Systems. This includes the internal QA audit schedule, reviewing and capturing operational procedures as required across the business, whilst supporting the retention of existing organisational accreditations and progressing the delivery of new ones. You will be required to follow up on audit actions and recommendations in the interest of supporting continuous improvement across PCH.
You may already be an established certified auditor with an understanding of the ISO 9001 standard for Quality Management and/or ISO 14001 in Environmental Management and looking for a new challenge, or are a looking for a change and are prepared to work towards a qualification in this field to support your professional development.
The successful candidate may also be required to carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day functionality of the wider Customer Experience team, including the maintenance and security of information. You will provide accurate statistical information for inclusion in management and committee reporting, whilst carrying out any other duties consistent with the level and responsibilities of the post.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
- Has demonstrable experience in an office environment and working as a first point of contact.
- Has Experience of Microsoft software (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Has an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration / Customer Service or equivalent.
