Do you have customer service experience, and are you seeking a new job in Preston? Electricity North West is looking for a Customer Advisor to work on 3 months contract, and the role comes with a salary of £23,300 p/a pro rata and excellent employee benefits.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will ensure all inbound and outbound calls, webforms, etc. within the busy contact centre are handled accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
In your first few weeks in this Customer Service Advisor role, you can expect to:
- Log and record all customers who report a loss of electricity or a fault, ensuring the capture of key information for the delivery of the customer journey and ensuring all the customers queries are answered
- Maintain data cleansing activities and update customer records as required
- Identify customers who may be eligible for sign up to the Extra Care and Business register.
To apply for this Customer Service Advisor role, you will need good customer service and problem-solving skills. You will also require good communication skills, empathy and a can-do attitude. In addition, you should have excellent active listing skills, and previous contact centre experience is desirable.
