Job description

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an IT Support person who has experience using The FCL computer system. The company are a Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.

Daily duties will be as follows:-

• Mainly being the first point of contact and support for all IT issues that arise
• Working with The FCL computer system
• Management and support of IT equipment
• Support with any IT problems
• Assist in various IT projects including company system implementations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with the FCL system

Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Heathrow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Freight: 1 year (required)
• FCL computer: 1 year (required)
