If yes, you might be what we are looking for, We are in an exciting period of transition where we are further developing our model of care and working closely with our occupational therapy colleagues to deliver bespoke assessment recovery-oriented care.
The rehabilitation service works towards individuals recovery by using the recovery model and rehabilitative model of care and support with adults with severe and enduring mental illness in taking those next steps towards independence. We work creatively, innovatively, and flexibly within the team- with the focus being on exceptional person centred, evidence-based care- always keeping the service user as the focus.
